The TREE
Well well well, it's good to be back and I do have something to tell you. We have a TREE!!! in our house. It arrived on Monday night and I fear it is not just here for the weekend. One arrived on Saturday in my bedroom and it had flashing lights to chase and balls to knock off and play with but this new one was taller AND had twirly things on it too. I did try to help out putting the big one up in the living room but I was just shooed away! I couldn't sleep alone on the night these trees were introducted to me, they could do anything! Harm me, Kidnap me or even kill me! I'm not up for that, I want a few more years on my life yet. It's a funny thing that these trees seem to appear near the end of the year, present giving time. I'll never know why the family put it up but when I was speaking to Simba yesterday, he told me that he has on too! What is this world coming to, trees in houses. Ridiculous. And you're not even allowed to play with them!

My holiday.
I went on holiday the other week y' know? Yep on holiday! It was a last minute deal at the travel agents, in fact, it was that last minute that I forgot to tell anybody that I was going or pack anything! I was thinking Last Vagas, the Maldives or a nice cruise. But I booked Springy C. I hadn't heard of there before but it was a cheap deal. You should go there one day.
Ah, I was sad to go because it was lovely weather in England but I hoped Springy C would be better. Springy C is only a short way away I have been told but I'm sure you should've taken a plane because when I arrived, I was very tired. So tired, that I decided to go straight to bed in my hotel. I forgot to book in so no-one knew that I was in the room but I must've fallen asleep as soon as I settled in my accomodation because when I woke up, the door was shut. It must've been an all-inclusive because it had food included and a big transportation vheicle in there. After a few sleeps, I wanted a crap so I decided to ask that mousey guard at the door to let me out. But he wouldn't so I lost my dignity and had to crap on the floor. I secretly hoped that he'd have to walk in it later (shhh). I am one clever cat and know when Corries on so I decided to go home for Corrie (my favourite programme) but again that stupid guard said that I'd be here a while and he couldn't let me out.
I thought Springy C would have a beach but all I could fin was a puddle so I bathed in there. I didn't panic until I got hungry when I was hungry, I didn't get any food by singing and rubbing up to things so I had to eat a spider, but it was more like a big monster so I did well to catch it!
Days went past and I really wanted to go home but I couldn't get out of my hotel. It was upsetting for Beth, Sharon and Keith too becuase they thought that I had got lost or even died! (Beth told me that but Sharon and Keith don't know I can understand how upset they were). They went out looking for me in all weathers and Beth wouldn't sleep in her own bed (I'd sleep in it any day, it's huge!) so I figured I had to come back from the holiday.
After six whole days on holiday, the door opened. A man stood at the door at stared at me. Cheeky bugger, he said that this was the missing "cat" how dare he call me lees than a tiger! When I got inside his house, I could see my bedroom and miowed lots to make him feel sorry for me and take me home. He looked at my necklace and rang the number on it. Sharon and Beth cam round to the house crying. God! I'd only been on holiday, they went for two weeks in May and left me with the lady (I don't know her name yet but I'll find out for you). I got a peice of ham and lots of cuddles. But I had to go in the box. No less than a grey metal thing. Masie and Pebbles (my cousins) have a pink one which I'm desperate for. I refused to go in so I got carried back home. I cuddled everyone when they picked me up. When I got back, nothing had changed, all my toys were still there and so was my bed and tent. I wasn't allowed out that day until they came back home from "Sunday lunch" with a big peice of meat for me.
Oh as soon as I was let out, I ran round like a madcat. Had a great time and told Nina to let Simba know I was home. I even sent a postcard home but they kept saying how much they missed me and loved me and wished they had known where I was. I used the last of my pocket money to send it first class and they're moaning. There's no pleasing them.
Anyway, that's the last cheap holiday I go on. Miow for now :)

Wet Tuesday afternoon
Ah today it rained, I love rain! Nice wet puddles to get dirty in then walk muck through the house. Brilliant. Sharon must love it too, because she is always cleaning the floor. I felt like doing her a favour today. You know good samaritan an' all that? That's me alright. I just got nice and wet, then went up the stairs (they need a bloomin' lift, those stairs are way too steep. And you know what? I don't even get a medal at the end of it all) then I wwalked straight into the room with the slippery floor. I'm getting good at the footprints right the way up to the window thing. So, I make my track, and it compliments the brown and turquoise decor perfectly, I don't know why it can't be left there. Then settle down on the window. It isn't the comfiest of windows so I decided to go onto the "mallow" in the other room. Ohh that is so mucch better than the widowsill. And I still have my muddy feet, I can make some pretty patterns on the white mallowcover. Then I relax all afternoon. Not even to get up for food! Simba called for me but I told the bodyguard to tell him I'm getting beauty sleep. Every house on my road has a boddyguard! How cool is that? BUT the bodyguards get filled and taken away on a monday. So on a Monday, I have to look out for myself. But I don't have wheels like the bodyguards and I don't even have a opening lid! Phoof. I'll have to make enquiries about that one...
Hello
Hi, my name's Pennie. I'm 2 years old and my birthday is on 31st April (don't forget it!). Yeah, I'm a tiger grrr. You're supposed to be scared...
Anyway, Beth's always on the box tapping away so I decided to give it a go myself. I must admit, it's quite good. But don't tell Beth that I sneaked on her bloggers account. Hehe Imight make a post on the fashion blog later :p Nope I'm not that mean...Simba, you must try this blogging malarky out! Simba is my best friend, he looks like a tiger! Stripes and everything. I live in this big house with my people, and I have my own house. Get that, yep you heard it, my own house. They call it a tent but I call it a palace...From this place called IKEA, I wouldn't mind a trip down there one day, the people seem to always come back with something good. Oh and one last thing, my favourite food is fish. Remember that. You know, a birthday present? hint hint. Humph, got to go now, Sharon needs something to do, I swear she's getting lazy! I might go and claw the carpet near the door and make her let me into the ROOM. Find out about the ROOM later...
